Adline M. Moss, 91 of Adams, formerly of Burr, passed away on November 3, 2021, at the Gold Crest Nursing Home surrounded by her family. She was born on March 1, 1930, to Elmer & Frieda (Buchmeier) Kisling in Beatrice, Nebraska. After graduating high school, she worked for American Stores and Russell Stovers in Lincoln. On April 11, 1971, she married Vernon Moss at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Plymouth, Nebraska.

Together they raised their family on a farm north of Burr. After the children got older, she started working as a CNA for the Syracuse Good Samaritan Society until her retirement in 2003. Adline enjoyed sewing, quilting at church, and working in her flower garden. She was a big sports fan, especially those events that included her grandsons.

She is survived by her son Kevin (KayCee) Moss of Burr; twin daughters Linda & Lori Moss of Lincoln; grandchildren Ty & Jace Moss of Burr; sisters-in-law Marilda Kisling of Rockford and Joyce Moss of Sterling; also many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Alvin Kisling; sister-in-law & brother-in-law Ardith & Duane Ronnau, brother-in-law Orlin Moss, sister-in-law Marjorie Moss; father-in-law & mother-in-law Juluis & Adelia Moss and nephew Michael Kisling.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 8 at 10 a.m. at the Hope Lutheran Church in Burr. Burial will follow at the Hope Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 7 from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with family greeting friends from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home in Syracuse.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
