Allan H. Burr, 83 of Syracuse, passed away on Friday October 30, 2015 at the Syracuse Community Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 6, 1932 to Henry & Emma (Keller) Burr in rural Dunbar, NE.

Allan married Marcene Kreifels on April 14, 1956 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Paul, NE. He was very active in St. Paulinus Catholic Church and also in the Knights of Columbus. Allan worked as a farmer his whole life.

He is survived by Children: Kent (Michelle) Burr of Round Rock, TX, Andrew (Teresa) Burr of Dunbar, NE, Charles (Kathy) Burr of North Platte, NE, Lynne (Thomas) Albin of Lincoln, NE, Thomas (Pamela) Burr of Syracuse, NE, Michael (Lisa) Burr of Marthasville, MO, 21 Grandchildren: Nicholas, Melanie & Tyler Burr, Matthew (Taylor) Burr, Courtney, Elizabeth & Jacob Burr, Emily, Erica, Joseph & Julianna Burr, Jessica (Cody) Dreier, Zachary, Daniel & Sarah Albin, Jonathon, Shelby, Jeffrey & Jeremy Burr, Kaleb & Isaac Burr, 2 Great Grandchildren: Caroline Burr & Riggens Dorn, Brother: Calvin Burr of Dunbar, also numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, wife Marcene, Son: Phillip Burr, Infant Brother: Denver Burr, Brother & Sister-in-law: Robert (Ruth) Burr, Sister & Brother-in-law: Lola (Les) Stecker, Sister: Ilean Burr.

Funeral Mass will be Monday, November 2, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Paulinus Catholic Church in Syracuse, NE. Burial will be at Park Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Nov. 1 from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M. with family greeting friends from 4-5 P.M. all at Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home in Syracuse. Rosary will be at 7 P.M. at St. Paulinus Catholic Church in Syracuse.

Memorials are suggested to St. Paulinus Catholic Church.
