Arloe D. Crawford, 79, of Cook, passed away on June 1, 2026, at the Syracuse Hospital. He was born on February 25, 1947, in Atkinson, NE to William & Bessie “Betty” (Mitchell) Crawford.

On June 15, 1968, Arloe was united in marriage to Mary Corkle at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in O’Neill, NE. Arloe’s greatest joys in life came from raising his cattle, playing golf with his family and friends but most of all he cherished time spent with his wife Mary & road trips together in his Corvette.

He is survived by his wife Mary Crawford; children, Brice (Kristin) Crawford of Roca and Trina (Tracy) Krzycki of Lincoln; grandchildren, Tate (Kate) and Tabitha Crawford, and Alexander and Brogan Krzycki; sister, Ardith Howard of Gardner, KS, as well as many dear family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his in-laws, and his sister, Carla Peters.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honoring Arloe’s memory by taking a loved one golfing.
