Arnold was born on January 29, 1921, in Leigh, Nebraska, to Gerhart and Meta (Neuhaus) Buesing. He passed away Saturday, October 31, 2010, at the Syracuse Good Samaritan Center, Syracuse, Nebraska, at the age of 89 years, 9 months, and 2 day.

Arnold graduated from Gretna High School, and joined the United States Air Force during World War II. He married Phyllis Benke on June 7, 1947, in Gretna, Nebraska, and to this union they raised 4 children Sandra, Dennis, Keith, and Kurt. Arnold Farmed for about 14 years, and worked for Walnut Grove, for 25 years. He was a member of the Syracuse Rescue Squad, Church Council, Golf Course Board Member, and enjoyed Golfing, Playing Cards, Hunting, and Dancing.

Arnold is survived by his wife Phyllis Buesing, of Syracuse, NE, sons Dennis (Karen) Buesing, of Davey, NE, Keith Buesing, of Hamilton, IA, and Kurt Buesing, of Waterloo, NE 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson

Arnold is preceded in Death by his parents and daughter Sandra Shepard, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters

Memorial services will be Thursday, November 4, 2010, at 10:30 A.M. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, Syracuse, NE, with burial at Park Hill Cemetery, Syracuse, Nebraska. Family Suggests Memorials to families choice

Visitation to sign the book, NO VIEWING due to cremation, will be Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 12 noon until 9 P.M. with the family greeting friends from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. all at the Funeral Home.
