Arnold Goff was born December 31, 1918 in Garfield County, Oklahoma, to Doran and Ruby (Linch) Goff. He passed away, Friday, December 14, 2007, at the Gold Crest Retirement Center, in Adams, Nebraska, at the age of 88 years, 11 months, and 13 days.

Arnold married Virginia Richey, in February 25, 1942, in Winfield, Kansas, and to this union they raised 2 children, Donna, and Robert. He worked Construction, building Grain Elevators and Bins all over the country, as seen by the pictures on display. Arnold enjoyed gardening and building things.

Arnold is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Donna and Gus Dornbusch, of Lincoln, Nebraska, and son and daughter-in-law Robert and Kathleen Goff, of Canton, Illionis, grandsons John Markey, of Lincoln, Nebraska, Brett, Jason and Chad Goff, of Illionis, granddaughter Julie Dohmen, of Lincoln, Nebraska, along with 13 great grandchildren.

Arnold is preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Alice, his wife Virginia, and step brother Earl, and half-brothers Bill and Nolan.

Funeral Services will be Friday, December 21st, 2007, at 10:30 A.M. at the Fusselman Wymore Funeral Chapel, at 644 Park Street, Syracuse, Nebraska.

Time for signing the Book will be Wednesday and Thursday from 9 A.M. until 5 P.M. each day at the funeral home, there will be NO viewing due to cremation. Burial will be at a later date, in Covington Cemetery, Comington Oklahoma.
