Ashley Marie Baehr, age 42, took her final breath and found peace among the stars on March 8, 2026.

Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, on July 8, 1983, Ashley grew up attending Beatrice Public Schools before starting a family and settling in Syracuse, Nebraska. She later moved to Maricopa, Arizona, where she lived out her final chapter.

Ashley’s life was defined by her spirit of adventure. As a mother, she taught her five children that life was meant to be explored rather than managed, showing them that freedom is found in following one’s own path. By living truly and courageously, she gave them the ultimate gift: the inspiration to be themselves.

She is survived by her children, Alexia, Makaiya, Noah, and Elijah Baehr; her parents, Denise Blazek and Harry Blazek; her siblings, Alysha (Codie) Willey and Adam (Hannah) Blazek; her nieces, Kynley Willey and Amelia, Maisie Blazek; her nephew, Elliot Blazek; and her fiancé, Michael Brown.

Ashley is now reunited with her beloved son, Isaiah Baehr; her nephew, Greyson Willey; and her dear friend, Jillian Tyler.

A service to celebrate Ashley’s life will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Lutheran Memorial Church in Syracuse, Nebraska. She will be laid to rest next to her son following the service. For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed by the church on the Luther Memorial Church, NE YouTube page. Refreshments and a time for fellowship will follow the burial.
