Barbara Ann Seelhoff, 66 of Unadilla, passed away on January 13, 2023, at Madonna in Lincoln. She was born on June 14, 1956, to Kenneth & Beverly (Beer) Powell in Lincoln. She graduated from Southeast High School in 1974 and attended UNL for 1 year. On April 21, 1977 she wedded Gary Seelhoff at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Syracuse.

Barb started working at Cushman at 17 on a work/study program through High School. She was there for 23 years as a billing clerk. She managed the Cenex in Syracuse for 3 years. She was a lifelong pet owner and over the years had dogs, cats, horses, cows, pigs, a turkey and a peacock. She had a special love for her dachshunds. She enjoyed shopping at thrift stores, fishing, watching old TV shows, coloring and spending time with her daughters.

She is survived by her husband Gary of Unadilla; daughters Stephanie Seelhoff & partner Travis Buroker of Beaverton, OR, Alexis Seelhoff & fiancé Jon Vodicka of Unadilla; sister Lisa (Marty) Lowrey of Erie, CO; Fur baby Larry; grandpuppies Rogue, Lloyd, Lola and TT as well as many extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant son Christian.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 19 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home in Syracuse. The service will be livestreamed on the Fusselman Facebook page.

Memorials are suggested to the Unadilla Fire Department.
