Betty Mae Vogler, age 97 of rural Louisville, Nebraska on August 10, 2026 at the Oxbow Living Community in Ashland, Nebraska. Betty was born on September 7, 1928, to William F. and Goldie H. (Thornton) Graham.

Betty was raised in Louisville, Nebraska, where she completed her education and became an integral part of her community. On June 8, 1947, she was united in marriage to Arnold G. Vogler at Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Louisville. Together, they raised their son, Marvin, on the family farm south of Louisville. 

Throughout her life, Betty contributed significantly to the family farm while sharing her exceptional cooking and baking talents at the HyVue Cafe and the restaurant at Platte River State Park. She was not only a talented cook and baker-known for her meticulous and delicious creations-but also a passionate collector of cookbooks. Her love for the cooking led her to self-publish two cookbooks, showcasing her skill and creativity in the kitchen.

A long-time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Betty was deeply involved in her faith community. Her love for reading was evident as she actively participated in a book club, fostering her passion for literature. Additionally, she enjoyed quilting and crocheting, creating beautiful pieces that will be treasured by many.

Betty is survived by her grandsons, Christopher Vogler of Omaha, NE and Daniel Studey of Louisville, NE along with a great grandson, Ryker Studey. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill & Goldie Graham, husband, Arnold Vogler, son, Marvin Vogler and sister, Doris Hennings. 

Funeral services to honor Betty's life will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Jon Sollberger officiating. 

Visitation will be held one hour before services at the Church.
