Calvin D. Burr, 83 of Dunbar, passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at the Syracuse Good Samaritan Center. He was born on December 10, 1937, to Henry J. & Emma (Keller) Burr in Dunbar and attended Otoe High School.

Calvin farmed with his brother for many years. He loved to mow his yard, watch Nebraska sports, and play horseshoes. His other loves were his cats and spending time with his great great nieces.

Calvin is survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Lola Stecker, Ilean Burr, Robert Burr, Allan Burr and Denver Burr.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 11 at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Otoe. Visitation will be held 1 hour before the start of the service at the church. Burial will follow at the Otoe Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church.
