Carl Ruben Davis was born December 11, 1936, in Tarkio, Missouri, to Orville and
Alpha (Hughes) Davis. He passed away at his home with his family present, on
Monday, July 29, 2013, at the age of 76 years, 7 months, and 13 days.

Ruben served in the U.S. Air Force. He married Jessie Ann Barnes, on October
25, 1956, in St. Joseph, Missouri. He worked a total of 18 years on Johnny
Howel and Gerald/Derald McEnaney farms.


Ruben is survived by his wife Jessie Ann Davis, children Rick Davis, Carl Davis,
Keith Davis, Garrett and wife Tammy Davis, Lee Ann Davis, and Pammy and husband
Jimmy Green, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, brother Bill and wife Carol
Davis, and sisters Dorothy and husband Leonard, Linda, sister-in-law Jerri and
Aunt Violet all of St. Joseph, Missouri, along with many nieces and nephews.


Ruben is preceded in death by his parents Orville & Alpha Davis, 2 children,
Carl Lee Davis, Sherry Davis, and his 5 sisters.


Per Ruben's request there will be no funeral home visitation or service. If you
wish to join in on the celebration of Ruben's life there will be a Graveside
Memorial at Tarkio, Missouri Cemetery, Friday, August 2, 2013 at 12:00 P.M.
