Carolyn "Suzie" Meyer was born April 25, 1935, in Weeping Water, Nebraska to Wilbur Dallas, and Annette (Nicholson) Fitzpatrick. She died on Friday, October 25,2013, at the Louisville Care Center at the age of 78 and 6 months.,

Suzie married Linvale "Duke" Meyer, on November 3, 1956, in Papillion, Nebraska, and to this union they raise 4 children Lynn, Pam, Sally, and Dallas. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Louisville, and a member of the United Methodist Women. She worked at Platte River State Park at the craft center, and Cub Club at the Louisville Public School.

Suzie is survived by her daughters Lynn and husband James J. Betka, of Milligan, NE, Pam and husband Mitch Haas, of Lincoln, NE, and Sally Meyer of Lincoln, NE, Dr. Dallas and wife Kim, of Prior Lake, Minnesota, 4 Grandchildren, Jaime (Gabe) Jaeger, Josh Betka, Matthew (Amanda) Meyer, and Brock Meyer, 3 great grandchildren, Graham Jaeger Mackencie Jaeger, and Macall Meyer. Sisters Denise and husband David Knapp and Delores and husband Glen Kassmeier along with many friends, and family.

Suzie is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Linvale "Duke".

Funeral service will be Monday, October 28, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church, 222 Walnut, Louisville, NE, with burial at Riverview Cemetery, Louisville, NE. Family Suggests Memorials To the family for later determination

Visitation will be Sunday, October 27, 2013 from 12 noon until 9:00 P.M. with the family greeting friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M., all at the Funeral Home, but the casket will be open one hour before services at the Church.
