Cathy N. Wagar was born on September 24, 1943 in Tillamook, Oregon to Percy and June (Hansen) Ross. She passed away on September 27, 2011 at her home in Murdock, Nebraska at the age of 68 years, 3 days.
She was united in marriage on June 10, 1983 in Omaha, Nebraska to Gene Wagar. She worked as a homemaker. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and crochet. She also had a love for Texas.
She is survived by her Husband Gene Wagar of Murdock, Ne, Children Sean Harrison & Kimberly of Lincoln, NE, Lisa Sillman & Todd of Elmwood, NE, Step-Children Mike Wagar of Omaha, NE, Sheila Lewis & Heath of Omaha, NE, Father Percy Ross of San Antonio, TX, Brothers: Dave & Stella Ross of Bulverde, TX, Mike Ross of San Antonio, TX, Grandchildren Tori, Taliesin, Tegan, Kyel, Tristen, Taryn, Kylee, Jordin, and Trace.
She was preceded in death by her mother and grandparents.
Funeral Services will be Friday September 30 at 11:00 A.M. at Ebenezer Methodist Church in Murdock, NE with Rev. Todd Grove and Rev. Bob Neben officiating. Burial will be at a later time.
The family will greet friends one hour before the service at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the American Melanoma Foundation.
