Christopher S. Halvorsen, 30 of Syracuse passed away on April 17, 2016 at his home. He was born on November 6, 1985 to Scott & Linda (Wyatt) Halvorsen in Lincoln, NE.

Chris received his degree from Southeast Community College in Small Engine Repair. He worked at Ariens in Auburn as a Merchandise Handler. He also enjoyed playing pool and also fishing with his kids and nieces & nephews.

Chris is survived by his Daughter: Saphira age 6 and Son: Jaxson age 3; Parents: Scott & Linda all of Syracuse, Brother: Tom (Valerie) Emerson of Lincoln, Sister: Shelly (Tim) LaPointe of Lincoln, Grandparents: Larry & Rose Marie Halvorsen of Unadilla, Lyle Gartner of Lincoln, Aunt: Carol Ann Gray of Davey, also numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather: Roger Wyatt, Grandmother: Sue Gartner, Great Grandparents: Roy & Helene Gray, Mirium Wyatt.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in Unadilla, NE. Burial will be at the Unadilla Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the family for a scholarship in Christopher's name.
