Clara Mae Kemper was born on March 20, 1942, in Eagle, NE to Cecil and Dora (McNinch) Dunlap. She passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 80 years.

Clara Mae Dunlap married Noel Kemper Sr. on April 15, 1961, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Walton, NE. To this union they raised 3 children Tammy, Noel Jr. & Debbie. She worked at Weavers for many years. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and being with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her Children: Tammy Whitson, Noel Kemper Jr. and Debbie Kemper, Grandchildren: Connie Whitson, Cody Whitson, Sheyenne Diltz and Grady Diltz, Great-grandchildren: Cash Whitson and Beckett Diltz, Sister and Brother-in-law: Ruth and Garry Battey, also many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents Cecil Dunlap & Dora Dunlap, Husband Noel Kemper Sr., Son-in-law: Rick Whitson.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
