Clarence was born May 14, 1929, in Nebraska City, NE, to Wendelin & Frances (Gress) Pfeiffer. He passed away Saturday, June 12, 2010, at the Good Samaritan Center, Syracuse, NE, at the age 81 years, and 30 days.

Clarence worked on the farm for Joe and Helen Royal until Joe's death then worked for their son Larry & his wife Gayle until he retired. Clarence enjoyed playing cards, music, reading and being with his family. Clarence especially enjoyed playing cards at the Senior Center, in Palyra, NE.

Clarence is survived by his 2 sisters Helen Royal, Palmyra, NE, Dorothy Royal, Syracuse, NE, also survived by many neices & nephews.

Clarence is preceded in death by his parents & 3 brothers Emil, Ralph (infant), and Charles.

Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 10:30 A.M., at St. Paulinus Catholic Church, Syracuse, NE with burial at 1:30 P.M. at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, rural Paul, NE.

Visitation will be Tuesday June 15th, from 9 A.M. until his Rosary at 7:30 P.M. at the Fusselman Wymore Funeral Chapel, Syracuse, NE. The Casket will be opened one hour before services at the Church.
