Coletta Bridenstine was born November 30, 1917, in Scribner, Nebraska, to Henry and Louise (Schulenberg) Horst. She left us here on September 17, 2008, at the Louisville Care Center, at the age of 90 years, 9 months, and 18 days.

Coletta married Roy Bridenstine on June 8, 1947, at St. John's Lutheran Church, in Hooper, Nebraska, and to this union they raised two children, Curtis, and Colleen. She enjoyed gardening, canning, quilting, sewing, and cross stitching.

Coletta is survived by her son Curtis & special friend Peggy, of Bellevue, NE, niece, cousins, and friends.

Coletta is preceded in death her parents, husband Roy in 2006, daughter
Colleen, and brother Victor.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rural Louisville, Nebraska, with burial at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Family Suggest Memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Lutheran Hour.

Visitation: Monday from 1 until 9 P.M. and Tuesday from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting from 6 until 8 at the funeral home.
