Connie L. Hynek, 73 of Talmage passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at her home. She was born on August 5, 1943 to Gilbert & Louise (Niedermeyer) Heinke in Nebraska City.

Connie married Don Parde August 6, 1961 and they raised 3 children. They later divorced after 26 years. She then married Robert Hynek on June 24, 1995 in Talmage. She worked as a manager/supervisor for 20 years at Gas-n-Shop and for 10 years at Nutcracker/Cubby's in Syracuse. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her Loving husband: Robert Hynek of Talmage; Brother: Roger (Marge) Heinke of Talmage; Children: Kevin (Cherine) Parde of The Colony, TX, Ken (Vicki) Parde of Syracuse, Kim (Jerry) Bellinder of Syracuse, Rob (Melissa) Hynek of Omaha, Jenni (Ken) Smith of Waverly, Heidi Hynek of Omaha; 16 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: Gilbert & Louise Heinke, Stepmother: Hazel Heinke, Father-in-law: Eugene Hynek and Grandson: Alex Clark.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12 at 10:00 A.M. at Zion United Church of Christ in Talmage. Burial will be at St. Paul's United Church of Christ (Osage) Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 10 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. and Thursday, August 11 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6-8:30 P.M. at the funeral home in Syracuse.
