Darlene M. (McCune) Hiller, 83, died on 13 May 2019 in Bellevue, Nebraska. Darlene was born on the 13th of July, 1935 and raised in Gordon, Nebraska. She graduated High School as a Gordon High Bronc. In 1968 on the 14th of September she married Clarence P. Hiller.

In her early years she was an accountant for a Dry-Cleaning Company. She also worked as a cook at the Hacienda and American Legion in Gordon, Nebraska. Darlene was a 600 club bowling member for many years.

Favorite hobbies included playing cribbage, bowling, traveling, the Denver Broncos and Nebraska Cornhuskers football games, Nebraska Volleyball, math, crossword puzzles, and the slot machines at a Casino.

Darlene has joined her dearly beloved Husband, Clarence and Daughter, Jill. She is survived by her children Jewell & Corey, grandchildren Deena, Brenda & husband Eric, Walter, Camron, Kassie, Kirsten, Hannah, Brooke and great-grandchildren Austin, Cyruss, Jaxonn, Alexis, Conner, Kaleb, Ryan, Kolten, Dane, Caleb, and Cooper, and many close friends.

Eastern Nebraska Funeral services will take place on the 24th of May at 11 a.m. at the Unadilla United Methodist Church, 472 F Street, Unadilla, NE 68454. Lunch will be served after the service in the church social room.

Western Nebraska Funeral services will take place on the 13th of July, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the United Methodist Church. Lunch will be served at Noon in the American Legion Hall. Church address is 211 West 2nd St., Gordon, NE 69343.

Memorials are suggested to the Capital Humane Society.
