David Thomas (Tom) Alger, age 51, Syracuse, NE who passed away Sunday, July 27, 2008. He was born in Reno, Nevada, on July 29, 1956, to Leslie and Leila, (Hughes) and Alger

Tom is survived by his life partner - Barbara Benner, of Syracuse, NE, Sisters – Louise and husband Mac McIver of Nevada, Martha Korsen of California, Sydney McDonald of Nevada, Gloria and husband Pedro Ontero, of Nevada, Brother Harold and wife Char Alger of Oregon, numerous nieces and nephews. – Stepchildren Meghan and husband John Stone of Kansas, Austin and wife Crystall Benner of Colorado, and granddaughter – Alexis.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, brother John Paul, and Carl David
