Dawn Christine (Gartner) Schaer

Dawn Christine Gartner, daughter of Galen Gartner and Linda (Rathbone) Gartner was born on January 20 ^th 1969 at 1:09pm at Johnson County Hospital in Tecumseh Nebraska. Dawn was the oldest of three children, Travis Gartner her brother and Jordana (Gartner) Hoegh her sister.

Dawn and Michael Wolfe gave birth to their daughter, Madison Rae Wolfe on November 4 ^th 1991 at 5:10pm at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln Nebraska. Madison was Dawn's proudest accomplishment and is survived by her and lives in Chandler, Arizona.

Dawn is remembered for her devoted work ethic and worked numerous front office jobs throughout her life, most recently at Silent Aire in Chandler Arizona. Dawn was a devoted mother, sister, daughter, aunt and granddaughter. She will be remembered for her noted selflessness and constantly thinking of and taking care of others that she loved. She loved to spend her free time gardening, camping, cooking, taking care of her two dogs (Cici and Lucy), baking, entertaining friends and family, and cleaning.

Dawn passed away on May 29 ^th 2017 @12:15am at Hospice of the Valley in Chandler Arizona at 48 years old after losing her fight to breast cancer. She is survived in death by Madison Wolfe (daughter), Galen Gartner (Father), Linda Gartner (Mother), Jordana Hoegh (Sister), Travis Gartner (Brother), Paul Schaer (Father in Law), Mary Gartner (Grandmother), Nancy Peterson (Aunt), Gary Gartner (Uncle), Marlene Vidra (Aunt), Ronnie Rathbone (Uncle),  and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by Randall Gartner (Grandfather), Mortimer and Marjorie Rathbone (Grandparents).

A celebration of Dawn's life will be held from 2pm-5pm on June 3 ^rd 2017 at the family farm she loved and adored.
