Delmer was a lifetime member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, where he sang in the Men’s Brotherhood and served on the Church Board. He was also a member of Farm Bureau and the Lions Club. He enjoyed square dancing, fishing, hunting, and was a devoted Green Bay Packers fan. Above all, he treasured attending his grandchildren’s sporting events and spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife, Geri Niebrugge; children Linda (Bryan) Graham, Duane (Denise) Niebrugge, and Robin (Dave) Kozisek; daughter-in-law Tami Turner; grandchildren Amber (James) Davis, Clint Lindner and special friend Nasrin, Derek Valentine (Angel Powell), Ashley (Guy) Moreland, Abigail Niebrugge, Nicole Razey, Jackie Turner, Bri (Adam) Christensen, Sonia Turner and special friend Dylan, Steven Allen, and Amber Allen; 12 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and many friends.
