OBITUARY
DILLON MYKAL SYNOVEC
Dillon Synovec, was born February 26, 1993 to Tony and Julie (Van Kirk) Synovec, in Wayne, Nebraska. He passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at the age of 15 years, and 8 months.

Dillon was an active member of the Elmwood-Murdock school system. He enjoyed sports-playing football, basketball, track, and baseball. He was part of the Choir and band. Dillon was President of the Spanish Club, and member of the Future Business Leaders of America and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He was a fun-loving student, who always had a smile on his face. Dillon was looked up to by many younger students, as he always took time for them.

He survived by his parents Tony & Julie Synovec, of Murdock, NE, brother Dalton and sister Kylee, grandparents Tony & Beth Synovec, of Norfolk, NE, aunt Amy & Pat Akins, of Lincoln, NE, uncles Bill & Kris Van Kirk, of Prattville, Alabama, Harley & Jennifer Van Kirk, of Jefferson, South Dakota, Gabe & Kim Synovec, of Norfolk, NE, aunt Tina & Pedro Medel, of Chicago, IL, great grandparents Gracie Husk, of Herman, NE, Marvin & Ellen Van Kirk, of Bancroft, NE, Earl & Joyce Gates, of Texarkana, TX, Joh & Lois McIntyre, of Souix City, Iowa, along with many cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Ron & Carole Van Kirk, great grandparents, Eugene Husk, Virginia Gates, Anton & Gwen Synovec, and aunt Anne Marie Van Kirk

Funeral Services will be Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the Elmwood Murdock High School, 300 Wyoming, Murdock, Nebraska. Family Suggest Memorials be donated in his name to a Fund set up at Corn Growers State Bank, Murdock, NE.

Visitation will be Friday from 12 noon until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 3 until 6 P.M. all at the United Methodist Church, Murdock, Nebraska.
