Donald D. Flessner, 58 of Unadilla, passed away on May 31, 2017 at his home. He was born on March 5, 1959 to Delmer & Viola (Ude) Flessner in rural Douglas. Don married Deb Goad on June 24, 1989 at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Syracuse.

Don worked for the Tecumseh State Correction Institute. He was also a member of Nebraska Chapter of International Harvesters, Unadilla Fire & Rescue and served as a deputy with the Otoe County Emergency Management. He enjoyed showing antique tractors and engines as well as hunting and fishing.

Don is survived by his Wife: Deb Flessner of Unadilla; Daughter: Stephanie Flessner & Special Friend: Keith Buffington and his children Devin & Ashlynn; Father: Delmer Flessner of Syracuse; Brother: Ron & Linda Slone of Casper, WY; numerous Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. Also his best friend Bell.

He was preceded in death by his Mother: Viola; Grandparents: John & Pearl Flessner; Father-in-law & Mother-in-law: Herbert & Pauline Goad.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 5 at 2:00 P.M. at the Unadilla United Methodist Church. Casual dress requested. Burial will be at Warner cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 4 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
