Donna "Kay" Niday, was born February 28, 1938, in Nebraska City, Nebraska, to Charles "Floyd" & Edith "Bernice" (Simpson) Howell. She passed away, Monday, August 16, 2010, at the Community Memorial Hospital, Syracuse, Nebraska, at the age of 72 years, 5 months, and 19 days.

Kay married Lanny Niday, on September 7, 1958, in Burbank, California, and to this union they raised 4 children, Scott, Troy, Gregg, and Jenn. She worked for the Granneman Agency for over 35 years. Kay was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She helped start the Dunbar EMS program and was a member for 19 years. She loved her Children, Grandchildren, and her Friends.

Kay is survived by her sons Scott Niday & wife Kim of Pittsburgh, PA, Troy Niday & wife Pam of Birmingham, AL, Gregg Niday & Lori Kaiser of Syracuse, NE, daughter Jenn Niday & fiancé Jay Bennett of Firth, 7 Grandchildren, Darin Niday of Denver, CO, Lindsey Niday of St. Louis, MO, Patrick Niday of Kirksville, MO, Ryann & Steven Niday of Birmingham, AL, Christopher Niday of Syracuse, NE, Joshua Bennett of Firth, NE, brother Lloyd Howell of Lincoln, NE.
