Dorothy J. Schram was born on April 29, 1922 in Sutton, Nebraska to Louis and Isabelle (Hoelter) Dauner. She passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at her home in Plattsmouth, Nebraska at the age of 87 years, 8 months and 28 days.

Dorothy was united in marriage on October 23, 1946 to Joseph R. (Bob) Schram at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Gretna, Nebraska. They made their home in Papillion and operated a farm and livestock operation for many years. Dorothy was a longtime member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Papillion where she was involved with the Ladies Guild and Bingo nights.

She is survived by Son: Clarence Schram and wife Jennifer of Plattsmouth, NE; Granddaughters: Erin, Emily and Megan. Also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins

She was preceded in death by her Parents, husband, Bob Schram, Brothers and Sister

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Church of the Holy Spirit in Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Monsignor Paul Will, Father Ted Richling and Deacon Bill Hill officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, January 29th from 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with Family greeting friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. followed by a Rosary Service at 7:00 P.M. at Fusselman-Wymore Funeral Home, Plattsmouth, NE.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Nebraska Stroke Association, Papillion Fire Department or Alegent Hospice.
