Fay R. Jose was born on January 23, 1917 in Douglas, Nebraska to James and Elizabeth (Rogge) Jose. He passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Midlands Hospital in Papillion, Nebraska at the age of 92 years, 9 months and 19 days.
He is survived by a Daughter: Sherrill Konfrst and husband Albert of Murray, NE; Son: Dr. Barry Jose and wife Mary of Plattsmouth, NE; Grandchildren: Matthew Jose of Des Moines, IA; Denise Ayers of Murray, NE; Sharlyn Deterding of Plattsmouth, NE; Great Grandchildren: Dalton and Jarett Ayers, Jocelyn & Delaney Deterding.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dorothy (April 1987) and siblings.
Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Plattsmouth Fire Department located at 127 N. 5th Street, Plattsmouth, Nebraska with Rev. Jeff McDonald officiating.
VISITATION: Monday, November 16th from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Plattsmouth Fire & Rescue Departments, Murray Presbyterian Church or the Donor's Choice.
