Florence (Terryberry) Smith, 88, of Lincoln, died peacefully at her home on Monday, October 13, 2014. Florence was the daughter of Fred and Faye (Gregory) Terryberry, of rural Louisville, Nebraska, born September 12, 1926.

She married Lawrence Smith on July 9, 1955. To this union they were blessed with five children; Michael, Angela, Mark, Matthew, and Laurie.

Florence was a member of Murdock United Methodist Church and enjoyed many years of service to her church. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister and son, Michael. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence; brother, Jack (Bev) Terryberry, of LaVista; Jan Smith (daughter-in-law), Cedar Creek; Angela (Dave) Friesell, of Murdock; Mark (Cheryl) Smith; Matt Smith and special friend, Maris McCarville and Laurie (Bill) Klosterboer, all of Lincoln, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial Service: 11:00 A.M. Friday (10-17-2014), Murdock United Methodist Church, of Murdock, Nebraska, with Pastor Joan Frenzel officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Murdock United Methodist Church or to donor's choice of charity.

No Visitation due to Cremation.
