Francis Neumann was born June 27, 1929, on the Farm, near Louisville, Nebraska, to William & Lydia (Stohlmann) Neumann. He died on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at the Louisville Assisted Living Center, Louisville, Nebraska, at the age of 83 years, 8 months, and 21 days.

Francis married Donna Mae Dagerman, on November 12, 1950, in Papillion, Nebraska .They celebrated 58 years of marriage.  To this union they raised 4 children, Daniel, Randall, Jennifer, and Timothy. Francis worked for the Ash Grove Cement Plant for 43 years. Francis's loves, other than his wife and children, were the Farm, his Cattle, and his Church. He served as an Elder for many years.

He is survived by his children – Dr. Daniel and wife LaDonna Neumann of Vincennes, Indiana, Dr. Randall and wife Diane Neumann of Omaha, NE, Jennifer Rose of Louisville, and Timothy and wife Marti Neumann, of Chatham, New Jersey, Grandchildren – Benjamin Neumann, Jonathan Neumann, Matthew and wife Clare Neumann, Nicholas and wife Laura Neumann, Jacob Neumann, Samuel Rose, Luke Neumann, Anne Neumann, Melissa Neumann, and Hannah Rose. Sister Doris Carmicheal, of Plattsmouth, NE and brother-in-law Robert Martin, of Omaha, NE., sisters-in-law Janis Dagerman, of Papillion, NE, Betty and Dr. John Eule, of Denver, CO, brother-in-law Charles Powell, of Denver CO,

Francis is preceded in Death by his parents, William & Lydia, wife Donna, and sister Lucille Martin

Funeral serves will be Monday, March 25, 2013, at 10:30 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 36712 Church Road, Louisville, Nebraska, with burial at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Family Suggests Memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church, or Louisville Care Center.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 24, 2013, from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M., with the Family greeting friends and family from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., all at the Funeral Home.
