Gaynell Rae Daniels age 74 of Cedar Creek, Nebraska passed away peacefully at her home in Cedar Creek on September 1, 2021.  She was born on January 4, 1947, in Springfield, Nebraska to Troy and Erma Buskirk.

She went to school in Springfield, Nebraska where she met Robert Daniels.  The two were united in marriage on September 14, 1963, at the First United Methodist Church in Louisville.  Together they raised three children, Robert, Jr., Troy, and Kimberly.

Gaynell was primarily a stay-at-home mom, however she did work for several years at Western Electric and later at the Louisville Care Center.  She enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren, drawing pictures for them to color.  She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and her many animals.  In her later years, she enjoyed time volunteering at Hope's Closet in Louisville.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Michelle) Daniels, Jr. of Louisville, NE, Troy Daniels of New Mexico, Kimberly (Kurt) Bond of Louisville, NE, grandchildren, Katelind Bond, Hollie Bond, Alexandra Daniels and Cody Daniels.  She is also survived by her sister, Lorabelle Hibbeler of Papillion, NE, brothers, Tom Buskirk of Springfield, NE and Gary (Jean) Buskirk of Louisville, NE, numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, and husband Robert Daniels.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church in Louisville, Nebraska with Pastor Bob Wynn officiating.

Burial will follow at the Springfield Cemetery in Springfield, Nebraska.

No Visitation.
