Obituary
Glenn R. Wentz, 51, of Plattsmouth died Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
He was born Sept. 1, 1957, in Omaha to James M. and Mabel E. (Post) Wentz.
Glenn was a 1975 graduate of Plattsmouth High School. He worked as a woodworker and cabinet maker.
Survivors include his daughters, Jennifer Pointer of Omaha; Jamie Chambers and husband Chris of Omaha; sisters, Roxanne Jacobson and husband Phil of Plattsmouth; Betty Kent of Loveland, Colo.; Alicia Gracey and husband Dave of DeSoto, Mo.; RaeLynn Trost and husband David of Yutan; brother, Steve Wentz of Plattsmouth; RayLee Headlee of Plattsmouth.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Allen Scheer and Billy Wentz.
Memorial service: Friday, Dec. 12, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Plattsmouth, with the Rev. Raymond Wicks officiating.
Interment will take place at a later date.
Family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church, Plattsmouth.
