Grace Kahl was born on June 28, 1926 to Herbert B. and Vera (Ries) Kahl in Burr, Nebraska. She died on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at the Florence Home in Omaha, Nebraska at the age of 81 years, 3 months, and 13 days.

Grace was a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked with homebound patients. At one time, she also worked as a waitress. Grace was a sweet lady that lived up to her name. She had strength and courage. She loved her family-especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed animals and watching classic movies.

Grace is survived by a daughter, Carleen Kahl of Omaha, two Grandchildren, James Baker and Cheyanne Baker both of Omaha, one Great Grandson, Dylan Baker of Omaha, Brother, Herbert and wife Mildred Kahl of Bethany, OK, and a Half Sister, Sondra Tvrz of Douglas, Nebraska.
She was preceded in death by her Parents,and one brother, Marshal Kahl

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Fusselman-Wymore Funeral Home in Syracuse, NE with Pastor Sharon Morrow officiating.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the Funeral Service at the Funeral Home.

Interment in Rosehill Cemetery - Douglas, Nebraska.
