Harvey L. Lewis age 83, of Lewisville, NE formally of Omaha, NE, survived by his daughters Karen and husband Jim Foster, of Acworth, GA, and Janet Davis, of Colgate, WI, and son Karl and wife Jamilie Lewis, of Bellevue, WA, grandchildren Dirk Foster, of Ft. Worth, TX, Sarah and Christopher Davis, of Colgate, WI, Emily, Jeremy, and Charles Lewis, of Bellevue, WA, sister Marilyn and husband Larry Lutz, along with nieces, and nephews.

NO Visitation or Open Casket according to Harvey's wishes.

Memorial Services are Monday, April 16, 2007 at 10:00 A.M., at Louisville Care Center, 410 West 5th Street, with burial at Riverview Cemetery, all in Louisville, Nebraska, a second Memorial Service will be Monday April 16, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the Presbyterian Church Of The Cross, at 1517 South 114th Street, in Omaha, Nebraska.
