Jack D. Bouse, 87 of Syracuse, formerly of Dunbar passed away on June 11, 2019 at Bryan East Hospital in Lincoln. He was born on July 22, 1931 to Orie & Cora (Henry) Bouse in Dunbar.

Jack graduated from Dunbar High School and then served honorably in the Air Force from 1949-1952. On June 22, 1957 he married Colleen Stutt in Missouri. Jack worked for many years and retired from Campbell Soup. He belonged to the American Legion Post #100 and VFW Post #5547 both in Syracuse. Jack was a diehard Husker football fan and enjoyed going to air shows.

He is survived by his Wife: Colleen Bouse of Syracuse; Daughter: Cathy (Steve) Wilson of Dunbar; Granddaughter: Joni Wilson of Dunbar; Sisters: Wanda (Jerry) Myers of Florida and Rene.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, 1 brother and 6 sisters.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 17th at 10:30 A.M. at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Chapel in Syracuse. Burial will be at a later date at the Omaha National Cemetery.

Memorial are suggested to the family for later designation.
