Jean E. Powers 90, passed away August 9, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Society in Syracuse, NE. She was born to Elsie and Gus Weissinger of St. Louis, MO on April 11, 1929.  She is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Powers, daughters Kathleen J. Wiegand (William) and Renee' J. Holder (James), grandchildren, Jennifer Hutchinson (Mark), Meredith Thomas (Marc), Matthew Wiegand (Ann), and Samantha Micek (Aris), 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. During her 25+ year career with Pioneer Bank, she worked her way up from teller to Vice President. She loved gardening, her family, and animals. She will be greatly missed.

Graveside service on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 1:45 pm, Jefferson Barracks Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.

The family requests memorials be made to the Humane Society of MO.
