Jodi L. Messer, 46 of Weeping Water, passed away on March 19, 2020 in Jackson, TN. She was born on January 11, 1974 to Richard & Suzanne (State) Wellman in Tecumseh.

Jodi was united in marriage to Scott Messer on September 25, 2019. She worked as a cosmetologist. Jodi had a love of music, cooking and watching crime shows, especially True Crime. Most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by her Husband Scott Messer; Children: Brionna & Conner McClendon both of Jackson, TN; Mother: Suzanne (Joe) Blank of Jackson, TN; Grandmother: Edith Wellman of Syracuse; Step Children: Riley & Ronan; Mother-in-law: Betty Messer; Sister: Traci (Mitch) Grummert of Gretna; Brother: Ricky Wellman of Lincoln; Nieces & Nephews: Eric (Sara) Bridgmon & Bronx Grummert both of Gretna, Angelica & Colton Wellman of Lincoln; Great Nephews: Brantley & Jesse Bridgmon of Gretna; Sisters-in-law: Rochele & Kendra.

She was preceded in death by her Father: Richard Wellman, Grandfather: Duane Wellman and Father-in-law: William Messer.

The family will have a private celebration of her life at a later date.
