John Dean Bremer, age 79 years, 4 months, 4 days, was born in rural Talmage, NE, to John Louis & Mabel (Moeller) Bremer. John married Carole Brehm in Talmage, NE, and to this union they raised four children: Jerry, Sue, Lisa, and Julie. John was a professional drummer since age 14, and he served the Military in the U. S. Navy. John worked for Tri-County Builders in Auburn, was the owner of a TV and Radio Repair Shop, and worked as a Farm Bureau Insurance Agent until he retired in 1997. He was a school bus driver for 11 years. John also served on the Church Council, Choir, and Praise Band. After Carole passed away, he married Kay Miesbach on October 8, 2005, in Syracuse.
John is survived by his second wife, Kay; Son, Jerry (Ranae) Bremer of Lincoln, NE; Daughters: Sue (Tom) Eiserman of Bellevue, NE; Lisa Lintner of Syracuse, NE; Julie (Tim) Reimer of Brainard, NE; Step-Daughters: Jane (Chuck) Hart of Waverly, NE; Cindy (Kirk) Kastens of La Vista, NE; Grandchildren: Matt & Kayla Bremer, Sam & Jake Eiserman, Sydney & Cody Lintner, Haley & Emily Reimer; Step-Grandchildren: Samantha Hart & Olivia, Katherine & Jack Kastens; Nieces: Linda (Bill) Rode; Pam (Bob) Green; Nephew: Mike (Laurie) Neemann; also other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
John is preceded in death by his parents; first wife Carole; Brother Jack; Sister Marcene Neemann; and Infant Sister Imogene; and Mother-in-Law Anna Watermeier.
