Obituary

John W. Isaacs, 78, Syracuse formally of Unadilla, NE passed away on Tuesday November 19, 2013. He was born on April 21, 1935 to Floyd & Iva (Taylor) Isaacs.

John married Darlene Parde at the Grace Lutheran Church in Lincoln on August 13, 1968. John worked as a dairy farmer for many years. John loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He truly enjoyed watching his grandchildren show their various 4-H projects and attending any sporting/school event that he could.

John is survived by his Wife: Darlene of Syracuse, Children: Michael (Carry) Gadeken of Lincoln, Daniel (Tammy) Isaacs of Lincoln, Ronald (Teresa) Gadeken of Lincoln, Richard (Teri) Isaacs of Council Bluffs, Teresa (Lyle) Hespen of Eagle, Rhonda (Ernesto) Gallegos of Bastrop, TX, Vanessa (Mike) Rudolph of Dunbar, Gregory Isaacs of Vienna, VA, 16 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, Brother: Darrell (Bev) of Beatrice, Sister: Wretha Isaacs of Syracuse, Brother-in-law: Don (Linda) Parde of Syracuse, Sister-in-law: MaryAnn (Fred) Hartsook of Lincoln, Brother-in-law: Wayne & Marianne Parde of Cook.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sister: Phyllis (Vernon) Pickerill, Daughter-in-law: Kim Isaacs, Grandson: Tyler Isaacs, Sister-in-law: Eva Isaacs

Memorial Services will be held on Monday November 25 at 10:30 A.M. at the United Methodist Church in Unadilla, NE.

Burial will be held at Unadilla Cemetery.

The family suggests memorials to the Family's Choice.

Visitation will be held on Sunday Nov. 24 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. at the funeral home. No viewing due to cremation.
