ohn W. Krager 86, Syracuse, formerly Lincoln, died Sunday (4/20/08) at the Good Samaritan Center, Syracuse. Born January 24, 1922 at Bynumville, Mo. to Luther and Lillie Krager.

Married Marjorie Brotherton on Feb. 17, 1945 in Lincoln. Lt. Col. - Lt. Col. U.S. Air Force, 29 yrs; Dealer/Builder Wick Homes.

Survivors: sons, Bob Krager, Jefferson City, Mo.; Bill Krager & wife, Carol, Brooksville, Fla.; daughter, Linda Augustyn & husband, Tim, Omaha; grandchildren, Erik and Justin Krager; Stephen and Jeanette Augustyn; Kevin, Matthew & Kristen Augustyn; brothers, Melvin and Roy Krager.

Preceded in Death by: parents; wife; four sisters and four brothers.

Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Thursdsay (4/24/08) at the United Methodist Church, Syracuse. Officiating: Rev. Richard Dimond.

Graveside Service with full military rites: 2 p.m. Thursday at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation: Tuesday (4/22/08) from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.; Wednesday (4/23/08) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with family greeting friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to: Good Samaritan Society, Syracuse; United Methodist Church.
