Juliajean Golden was born on July 27, 1913, in Avoca, NE, to August & Maude (Wilkinson) Ruhge. She passed away, May 16, 2011 at the Ashland Care Center, at the age of 97 years, 9 months, and 19 days

Juliajean married Noel Golden on May 18, 1940, in Lincoln, NE. She
worked as a One Room School Teacher, farmwife, owned Golden Hardware Store in Palmyra, NE, later worked for Baker Hardware in Lincoln, NE, Hinckle & Joyce, and Miller & Paine.

She is survived by her son John (Carolyn) Golden, of Elmwood, NE, daughter-in-law Pat Golden, of Omaha, NE, daughter-in-law Pat (widow of James) Dolan, of Woodbine, IA, grandchildren & great grandchildren, Doug & Tricia Golden, of Omaha, NE (Madison & Haley), Eric Golden, of Omaha, NE, Marc (fiancé Chrystal) Golden, of Omaha, NE ( Matt & Monica), Joe (Golden) Dolan, of Salt Lake City, Utah, Sherri (Golden) (Clet) Holmes, of Mionden, NE, Kaylinda (Holmes) (Jarod) DeTurk, of Kearney, NE, Harrison Holmes, of Minden, NE, James (Tashina) Golden, of Kansas City, MO, (Alex, Quinn, Beau, & Samantha), Amy Beecham, of Lincoln, NE, (Rebecca), Anne (John) Christiansen, of Lincoln, NE, (Sam & William), David (Laura) Beecham, of Surprise, AZ, (Grady & Mason), 1 great great grandchild, Calista Golden
