Kathleen R. Murphy, 80 of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the Louisville Care Center. She was born on February 7, 1943, to Joseph & Ann (Erhart) Murphy in Omaha.

Kathleen graduated from Weeping Water High School. She worked for many years at Securities America in the investment business in Omaha. Kathleen loved horses and could always be found cheering on her beloved Huskers.

She is survived by her sisters Mary Stoner, Marge Voyles; brothers Charles (Carolyn) Murphy, Mike Murphy, Steve Murphy, John Murphy; sisters-in-law Dorothy Murphy, Nancy Murphy; also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Ann Murphy; brothers Joe Murphy, Jerry Murphy, Jim Murphy; brothers-in-law Bill Stoner, Carl Voyles; sisters-in-law Vicky Murphy, Lee Murphy; and niece Brenda Hinsley.

A rosary will be held on Thursday, Sept. 7th at 10 a.m. followed by the funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Manley. The service will be livestreamed on the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Facebook page.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
