Keith Lang was born November 26, 1956, in Syracuse, Nebraska, to Clifford and Verna (Hahn) Lang. He passed away Thursday, March 5, 2009, at Bryan LGH East Hospital, at the age of 52 years, 3 months, and 7 days.

Keith married Jan Post on July 1, 1977, in Syracuse, Nebraska, and to this union they raised 3 children Brandi, Brittany, and Brian. Keith was a Manufacturing Engineer, for Square D in Lincoln. He was honored with the "People Who Make A Difference" Award from his employer in 1996. Keith was an Avid supporter of Boy Scouts, member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Palmyra, Nebraska, and served on the Church Council. When his children were growing up he coached Soccer, T-Ball, Softball, Volleyball, and loved spending time with the kids. He enjoyed his garden, and camping, when he had time.

Keith is survived by his wife Jan of Bennet, 3 children - daughters Brandi and husband Vance Allison of Lincoln, Brittany and husband Derek Miller of Lincoln, and son Brian Lang and significant other Jodi Hetheriton of Lincoln, Grandson Owen Keith Allison, mother - Verna Mae Lang of Syracuse, father-in-law and mother-in-law Don and Delores Post of Syracuse, Brother and sister-in-law - Bill and Betty Lang of Lincoln, Sisters and brothers-in-law Karen and Lonnie Hutchins of Lincoln, and Anita and John Mueller of Exeter, NE, Sister-in-law and husband Judith and Robert Farmer of Lincoln, Sister-in-law Jill Post and significant other Gary Foster of Omaha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Keith was proceded in death by his father - Clifford Lang.

Keith's Memorial Service will be Monday, March 9, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, at 1162 Mohawk Street, Syracuse, Nebraska, with burial of Cremains at a Later Date.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 8, 2009, from Noon until 9 P.M. with the family greeting Friends from 6:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. all at the Funeral Home Chapel at 644 Park Street, Syracuse, Nebraska. Family suggest Memorials to the Family's Choice.
