Kenneth Wayne Badberg Sr. was born on January 30, 1939 in Nebraska City, NE to Ervin & Leora (Cook) Badberg. He passed away on March 21, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, NE at the age of 72 years, 1 month and 20 days.

Kenneth retired from Good Year after 33 years. He was a member or the American Legion, Graduated from Syracuse High School in 1957, and enjoyed being with his grandchildren.

Kenneth is survived by his Daughter: Goldie Badberg of Syracuse, NE, Sons: Keith W. Badberg of Syracuse, NE, Kenneth "Wayne" Badberg Jr. of Syracuse, NE, Son-in-law: Brian Diers of Syracuse, NE, Granddaughters: Shelby and McKenzie Badberg of Syracuse, NE.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Ervin and Leora, Brother: Gerald "Gary" Badberg.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday March 25, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church in Syracuse, NE, with Pastor Mike Widner officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday March 24, 2011 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Park Hill Cemetery, Syracuse, NE.
