Kenneth P. Doeden, 82 of Waverly passed away on Saturday May 7th, 2016 at Bryan East Hospital in Lincoln. He was born on July 18, 1933 to Albert D. and Lerma M. (Halm) Doeden in Cook, NE.

Kenneth married Ellen McKimmey on September 28, 1962 in Lincoln, NE. He worked as a mechanic and later at a grain elevator in Lincoln. He enjoyed horse racing and watching Royal baseball.

Kenneth is survived by his Siblings: Albert Lee (Roberta) Doeden of Lincoln, Marlyce (Dennis) McFarland of Lincoln, Carl (Connie) Doeden of Chattanooga, TN and also many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife: Ellen, 4 brothers, 1 sister, and Sister-in-law: Jo Ann.

Funeral services will be Tuesday May 10 at 11:00 A.M. at Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Chapel in Syracuse. Burial will be at Park Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Monday May 9 from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
