Kim M. Turner, 65 of Tecumseh, passed away surrounded by family on October 21, 2021, at her home. She was born on March 16, 1956, to Marlin & Geraldine (Merrill) Kofoed in Idaho Falls, ID.
Kim had a strong work ethic and provided for her family by working for Great-West Life Insurance Company as an adjuster, along with other jobs. One of those was using her love of crafting to start Two Cracked Pots with Marylou Hatcher. She especially enjoyed wood working and knitting. Her family was the most important thing in her life, especially the grandchildren. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and love of southern rock.
She is survived by her mother Geraldine Kofoed; children Bernie Eugene Turner Jr. (Amy), Andrea Michelle Turner; grandchildren Vicente Garcia, Tyranny Garcia, Eddie Rafferty, Giovanni Chaney, McCadden D. Turner, Eliana Jensen, Kailyn Jensen, Paislee J. Turner, Lawrence Vignery; siblings Tina Sweet (Martin), Jennifer Anderson (Mike), Chris Kofoed (Nicole); also many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, brother John Kofoed and nephews Russell Sweet & Brent Sweet.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 27 at 11 a.m. at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home in Syracuse. The service will be Livestreamed on the Fusselman Facebook page.
Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
