Lannis Laurine Ewart was born on March 23, 1945 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska to Larry and Shirley (Leesley) Carey. She passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at the Life Care Center of Omaha at the age of 62 years.

She is survived by : 3 Sons: Robert Cusatis, Jr. of Omaha, NE; Bradley Cusatis, Sr. of Lincoln, NE; Tim Cusatis, Sr. and wife Jane of Hastings, NE; 13 Grandchildren: Tasha, Amber, Corey, Trey, Dakota, Kayla, Adriana, Bradley, Levi, Winnie, T.J., Melissa, Shawn. 4 Great Grandchildren, Father: Larry Carey of Lincoln, NE; Brothers: Byron Carey and wife Debra of Lincoln, NE; Kevin Kulek and wife Pam of Juniata, NE; Sister: Kim Horne and husband Val of Red Cloud, NE. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Fusselman-Wymore Funeral Home Chapel in Plattsmouth with Dr. Allan Wooters officiating.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 17th from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth, NE.

Memorials are suggested to the Odyssey Health Care or Life Care Center of Omaha.
