LaVonne Amanda Meisinger was born July 10, 1934 in South Bend Nebraska to Harley and Amanda (Borneman) Meisinger. She died at her home in Louisville Nebraska and was found Friday June 12, 2020.
LaVonne graduated from High School in Weeping Water, Nebraska and went on to work many years at Western Electric. She enjoyed life- from spoiling her nieces and nephews with buckets of candy on Easter and Halloween, or bringing them stuffed animals from the Claw Machine. LaVonne enjoyed taking her nieces and nephews along to Husker football games or Omaha Lancer hockey. She loved listening to Elvis and Selena Perez music. LaVonne collected elephants. She was an Avon lady. She loved western wear – belt buckles and cowboy hats, and had popcorn tins full of watches.
LaVonne is survived by her brother, Wilbur Meisinger of Louisville, Nebraska, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
LaVonne is proceeded by her parents, Harley and Amanda Meisinger, Brothers, Gene and Dale.
Celebration of life will be Wednesday June 17, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Oakhill Cemetery Plattsmouth, Nebraska
