Obituary

Lee Delbert Witt was born, March 4, 1934, in Syracuse, Nebraska, to Albert & Minnie (Brummer) Witt. He passed Tuesday, August 24, 2010, at the Good Samaritan Center, Syracuse, Nebraska, at the age of 76 years, 5 months, and 20 days.

Lee Delbert married Colleen Bock, at the Luther Memorial Church, in Syracuse, on August 18, 1954, 56 years together, to which they raised 3 daughters. After graduating from Syracuse High School, Lee Delbert Farmed and owned the Witt Mobile Grinding Business, (Here Comes Lee), he later worked at Hawkins Construction, and after that, he was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Otoe County for 26 years.


Lee Delbert is survived by his wife, Colleen of Syracuse, NE, daughters, Colette A. Bradley &
Lee of Poway, CA, Lee Ann Zeiger & husband Fred of Wilber, NE, Brenda & Jim Kuper of Lincoln, NE, 13 grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren, brother Arlan
& wife Jeanie Witt of Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Sevices will be Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at United Methodist Church, with burial at Park Hill, Syracuse, Nebraska. Family Suggests Memorials To United Methodist Church & Syracuse Good Samaritan Center


VISITATION will be Thursday, August 26 from 9 AM until 9 PM and Friday, August 27 from 9 AM to 9 PM with family greeting friends from 5 PM until 7 PM at the Funeral
