Obituary
Leila K. Staack was born on May 31, 1932 to Henry and Erna (Krumweide) Dodenhof. She passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
She was united in marriage on January 29, 1951 to Harold Albert Staack in Avoca, Nebraska. She spent many years as a bartender for the Avoca Steak House.
She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Scheinost and husband Terry of Syracuse, NE; Carol and husband Mike Graham of Syracuse, NE; sons, Fritz Staack and special friend Reba, of Syracuse, NE; Henry Staack of Syracuse, NE: John Staack and wife Doris of Avoca, NE: Gary Staack and wife Kim of Avoca, NE; Ron Staack and wife Sherri of Syracuse, NE; Kenneth Staack and wife Dee Dee of Avoca, NE, 19 Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, brothers, Melvin and Barb Dodenhof of Omaha, NE and Randall and wife Millie Dodenhof of Truth or Consequences, NM.
She was preceded in death her parents, husband in 1994.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at First Lutheran Church (North Branch) in Rural Avoca, NE.
Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with family greeting friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
