Leo T. Miller was born on January 13, 1923 in New Straitsville, Ohio to Earnest and Louise (Moulten) Miller. He passed away on July 4, 2012 at the Gold Crest Rest Home, Adams, Nebraska at the age of 89 years, 5 months and 21 days.
Leo married Mary Lou Lindsey on July 2, 1955 at Rockbridge, Ohio and to this union two children, Dawn and Malcolm were born.
Leo wored at the Gridestone factory as a molder.
Leo served in the Army during WWII and in the Navy during Korean War. He was also a member of VFW. Leo loved to hunt with his hunting dogs and also had a love for horses, He enjoyed music by singing and playing his Steel Guitar.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Lou Miller of Douglas, NE, daughter Dawn & Gerald Carter of Westminster, CO, son Malcolm Miller of Douglas, NE, grandchildren Cory & Jacqui Carter of Commerce City, CO, Chelsea & Jason Baldwin of Arvada, CO, John Miller and Jesi Miller of Douglas, NE and 1 great grandson Caden Carter, sister Betty McCelland of New Straitville, OH and brother David Miller of Logan, OH along with numerous nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in Death by his parents Ernest & Louise, and 3 brothers, and 4 sisters.
Funeral Services will be Monday, July 9th 2012 at 10:30 A.M., Graveside Services at the Panama Cemetery, and Church Services at 11:00 A.M. at the Panama Presbyterian Church with Rev. Darin Bentzinger.
Military Rites will be by the Adams VFW.
