Lowene was born April 19, 1930, in Scribner, Nebraska, to Rudy & Vlasta (Mlnarik) Ristow.
She passed away with her family by her side, Tuesday, December 2, 2009, at the age of 79 years.

Lowene married Fred Heine on January 10, 1948, in Lincoln, Nebraska, and to this union they raised 3 children, Debra, Steve, and Kevin. She worked as a Sales Associate for Miller & Paine & Dillards, in Lincoln, NE. Lowene was a 4-H Leader for 20+ years, and current member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, in Lincoln, NE.

Lowene is survived by her daughter Debra & husband Roger Hudson, of Martell, NE, sons Steve & wife Jane Heine, of Lincoln, NE, and Kevin Heine, of Lincoln, NE, granddaughter Sara Heine, of Elmwood, NE, grandson Brian Heine, of Lincoln, NE, sister Dee Mills, of Lincoln, NE brother Arlan & wife Patricia Ristow, of Lincoln, NE step-grandchildren Jennifer Vanderpool, of Pasadena, CA, Grand Hudson, of Dallas, TX, step-great grandson Parker Vanderpool, of Pasadena, CA, beloved Dog Heidi, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Lowene is preceded in death by her parents Rudy & Vlasta Ristow, husband Fred Heine, June 20, 1995, daughter Stacia Heine, and sister Carolyn Cronin.

Funeral Services will be, Saturday, December 5, 2009, at 11:00 A.M. at First Lutheran Church, (North Branch) (7 miles North of Syracuse, NE on Hwy 50) rural Avoca, NE, with burial in the Church Cemetery. Family suggest Memorials to the Families Choice.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 3, 2009 from 3 P.M. until 9 P.M., and Friday, December 4 from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M.
